Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

Standard Delivery:

Free on orders over £90.00

£3.50 (inc. VAT) on orders under £90.00

Delivery Time: 2 - 4 business days

 

Express Delivery:

Under £90.00 = £5.99 (inc. VAT)

Order over £90.00 will be charged at £3.50 (inc. VAT)

Delivery Time: 1 - 2 business days

Order Cut-off Time: Orders must be placed before 2 PM for next-day delivery

 

International Shipping

Standard International Delivery:

Charged at £12.50

Delivery Time: 7 - 14 business days

 

Express International Delivery:

Charged at £19.50

Delivery Time: 3 - 5 business days

 

Import Duties and Taxes:

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs charges applied by their destination country.

 

International Shipping Restrictions:

We ship to most countries around the world, with the current exception of the following:

Afghanistan, Ascension Island, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), China, Caribbean Netherlands, Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eritrea, French Southern Territories, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, North Korea, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Myanmar (Burma), Russia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Georgia & South Sandwich Islands, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tristan da Cunha, Tunisia, Ukraine, Venezuela, Zimbabwe.

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed after 2 PM (GMT) will be processed the next business day.

Upon dispatch, customers will receive an email with tracking information.

 

Customs Delays

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and delays. We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen custom delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages
