🌳We're paper-free, so don't include a returns form or invoice with your order.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items for any reason, we offer a straightforward returns policy.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned and received within 30 days of the delivery date.
Products must be unused, unworn, and unwashed with all original tags and labels attached.
Items must be returned in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Items listed as final sale prices cannot be returned.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any underwear and swimwear.
Return Process
Initiate a Return:
Please email us at info@hollowheadthreads.com and let us know why you're returning an item, confirming your order number, name and address.
Prepare Your Return:
Place the item(s) securely in the original packaging with tags.
If your items were shipped in an envelope parcel, please use the tear and return feature for simple returns.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will cover the shipping of any replacement product to your original address if you're exchanging.

Refunds
Once we receive, inspect, and approve your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we have sent a faulty item or an incorrect order.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item please email us at info@hollowheadthreads.com. Explain your reasons, name, address and order number and we will try and satisfy your requirements.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at info@hollowheadthreads.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will refund our shipping costs as part of the refund process.
